Order Processing

  • Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays.

  • Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

  • During promotional periods, holidays, or peak shopping seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

  • Major cities and metropolitan areas: 2–5 business days

  • Regional and outlying areas: 3–7 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery timeframes and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or high order volumes.

Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout before payment is completed.

From time to time, Life Ease may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable terms and minimum order values will be clearly displayed on our website.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are accurate before completing your order.

Life Ease cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer. Additional courier charges for redelivery may apply where applicable.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make reasonable attempts to deliver your parcel. If delivery cannot be completed due to the recipient being unavailable or inaccessible, the courier may contact you to arrange another delivery or collection, depending on their procedures.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information (where available) so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer support team and we will gladly assist in tracking your shipment.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your parcel arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears to have been tampered with, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Where possible, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photographs of the parcel and the affected item(s)

  • A brief description of the issue

We will investigate the matter and work towards an appropriate resolution in accordance with South African consumer protection laws.

Delivery Availability

We currently deliver within South Africa only.

Should international shipping become available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
