Your Right to Return

In accordance with South African consumer protection laws, eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if you change your mind, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition.

  • All original packaging, labels, accessories, and manuals are included.

  • Proof of purchase is provided.

Please note that you may be responsible for the cost of returning the item unless the return is due to our error or the item is defective.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Where required, we may request photographs of the item and packaging to assist with our assessment.

If the product is confirmed to be defective or supplied incorrectly, we will arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with South African consumer law, which may include:

  • Repair

  • Replacement

  • Refund

where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, health, safety, or other legal reasons, certain items cannot be returned unless they are defective.

These may include:

  • Personal care products

  • Opened consumables

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items (unless defective)

Where applicable, non-returnable products will be clearly identified on the product page.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return results from our error or a defective product.

  • A description of the issue

  • Photographs where applicable

Please do not return products before receiving return instructions from our support team.
